BMW Technician

The Automaster is looking for an Experienced Automotive Technician to join our BMW Service family. The technician will diagnose, repair and maintain BMW vehicles in accordance with BMW factory and The Automaster standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose BMW vehicles, when necessary or required, using network connected BMW diagnostic tools, equipment and resources
  • Repair BMW vehicles with BMW special and/or approved tools, equipment, and materials
  • Clearly document labor time for repairs, diagnostic and work time per labor guidelines
  • Perform quality multi-point inspections on every vehicle, every time
  • Effectively communicate with service advisor and shop foreman for all additional needs/concerns
  • Utilize computer to find technical data and service bulletins for various repairs
  • Maintain a professional appearance and work environment

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience as an Automotive Technician/ Mechanic
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A clean and valid driver's license
  • Computer literacy and basic typing skills
  • Proficiency in the use of common mechanic shop tools
  • Able to bend, lift and physically perform duties in the scope of this position

MINI Technician

Automotive Detailer

The Automaster SPA is looking for an Automotive Detailer to join The SPA family. The detailer will clean and polish interior and exterior of new and used inventory, as well as customer owned vehicles.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly detail interior and exterior of vehicles as assigned
  • Assist with light maintenance and stocking duties
  • Ensure all chemicals and tools are used and stored properly
  • Effectively communicate with SPA manager, all additional needs/concerns for vehicle
  • Maintain a professional appearance and work environment

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A clean and valid driver's license
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Computer literacy and basic typing skills
  • Physically demanding position - able to bend, lift, reach, squat, get into/out of various vehicles and physically perform duties in the scope of this position
